Greetings, Beautiful Souls!

I am Mz.Gigi, a proud descendant of Africa, with ancestral roots among the Bamileke people of Cameroon.

First and foremost, I am the proud mother of two amazing adult men and grandmother to my beautiful nine-year-old princess, my sunshine, who lovingly calls me Gigi. Family is among my greatest blessings.

I am a businesswoman, entrepreneur, visionary, and lifelong learner with a passion for discovering new possibilities and embracing life with purpose.

I enjoy writing, reading, working out, dancing, bowling, and exploring the world. Traveling and experiencing different cultures bring me joy, and I look forward to continuing my journey across the globe, learning from the people, places, and traditions I encounter.

Health, nutrition, and wellness are especially important to me. I have consciously chosen a plant-based lifestyle that reflects my commitment to nourishing my mind, body, and spirit.

My ancestral and spiritual connection is sacred to me. I honor my ancestors through African spirituality, daily rituals, reflection, and gratitude, embracing the wisdom and traditions that continue to guide my journey.

Throughout the decades, life has been one of my greatest teachers. I am deeply grateful for the wisdom and experiences I’ve gained and equally excited about everything I have yet to discover.

This blog is my space to share my experiences, wellness journey, spirituality, travels, entrepreneurship, personal growth, and the lessons learned along the way.
